This is a very simple task and will not take more than a few hours for an experience developer. I need 4 PSD templates converted into HTML. I don’t need you to make the pages from then on, as that will be done by another programmer… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Javascript, PSD to HTML)
